I'm Isabelle von Burg, an EHL graduate and former General Manager of the iconic Lausanne Palace, with over 20 years of international leadership experience across Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, and Jumeirah.
Throughout my career, I discovered that lasting success is never built on systems alone. It's built by people. The leaders who inspire trust, create meaningful connections, and bring out the best in others are the ones who shape exceptional cultures and sustainable performance.
That belief became the foundation of NextGen Human Leaders. As technology and AI reshape the world of work, I believe our greatest advantage lies in what makes us uniquely human: confidence, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, curiosity, empathy, and the ability to lead ourselves before leading others.
